I LOVE restaurant.com but this is unbelievable!!!
These certificates are a good deal normally, but with the additional 70% it%26#39;s incredible.
Thanks for posting this. I just went crazy on certificates.

Don%26#39;t go too crazy because they will probably offer 80% off at the end of the month. Subscribe and you will get the codes. At the beginning of the month you pay their regular rate example $10.00 for their $25.00 certificates as the month goes on, the certificates that were not sold become discounted towards the middle of the month usually they are 50% off ($5 for the $25 gift certificate) then 70% off (currently $3 for the $25 Gift certificate) at the end of some months they are practically giving them away at either 80%-90% off!
Also, make sure you read the fine print for each certificate. Some are not redeemable on Saturdays and Sundays or require you to purchase a minimum purchase etc.
I do love the site!
Okay great info there. . .
I always just assumed that they stayed at the normal ';retail'; price the whole month, since they are not actually tangible goods that are expiring per se. They could always just repost them next month.
I have been a user for over a year but have never gotten a promotional code email from them. Maybe I%26#39;ll give them a call and see how I can get added to the distribution list.
Good to know regardless...
Entertainment books are on sale today for $15.00 (and free shipping)

TV Diner has %26#39;Project Half Price%26#39; where you can get $100 gift certificates for $50 at featured restaurants. I haven%26#39;t seen anything in particular I want to try yet, but it%26#39;s worth it to keep checking back.

The other thing about restaurant.com certificates is that restaurants can stop accepting them at any time without warning. Twice now I%26#39;ve gone to a restaurant with a recently-purchased certificate and was told it had stopped accepting them. So always call ahead to double-check!
The good news is that restaurant.com makes it really easy to exchange invalid certificates. I actually prefer that anyway, because you get a %26#39;credit%26#39; that you can use at any time!
