What sort of place are you looking for -- hotel or inn? I%26#39;m not familiar with the accommodations in Harwich Port, but West Harwich is only five or ten minutes away, so you might consider staying at the Tern Inn in West Harwich. (www.theterninn.com) As a matter of fact, we%26#39;ll be staying there at Easter. It%26#39;s a lovely place. Breakfast is included in the rates, and the owners are charming people.

At this time of year you%26#39;ll find some places closed, you can use the Harwich Chamber of Commerce website to see which ones are open and available and choose from there. www.harwichcc.com

Harbor Breeze Inn should be open and is located in Harwich Port, less than 1/2 mile walk to Brooks Road Beach, a 1 minute walk to Allen Harbor, and and about 1/2 - 3/4 miles walk the center of Harwich Port. It%26#39;s a nice spot.

There is also a B%26amp;B that has received positive reviews:

Yes, by all means, give Bluefish B %26amp; B some consideration. Hubby %26amp; I spent two nights there in the Fall. Loved it, already booked another stay (3 nts-Columbus Day wknd). If you do end up staying there please tell Tim %26amp; Lori that Naomi %26amp; Charlie said HI :-)

The Winstead Beach Resort is open at that time. On the water and walking distance to everything. The Easter sunrise service is held on the lower deck. Great place. www.winsteadinn.com

Check out The Clapp%26#39;s guest house. They have a website with photos and if you email or call they are very good at getting right back to you. I enjoy the location of their home because it is in Harwich Port in the center of town, vs. W Harwich.

I highly recommend the Winstead Inn - Beach Resort.

They have a great deck on a very nice beach.

Look on their website for their specials. They often have 3 nights for the price of 2.

FYI - the original post is from a year ago.
