My husband, my 12 year old son and I are thinking of going to New York and Cape Cod on the first two weeks in August. Any advice on an itinerary or on places to stay. Will the weather be very warm? Thanks for any advice!

August is peak vacation time on Cape Cod and depending on your length of visit you may be better advised in terms of renting a cottage (self-catering) or a B%26amp;B, etc. Also, will you have a car? And, you may want to think about making decisions soon esp. about the Cape as, again, the first 2 weeks in August are peak season.
