We just returned from a 2-night stay at Nine Zero in Boston, and it was just great. The service was attentive and friendly, the hotel immaculate and the beds very comfy. We had a room on the 18th floor with a great view of the city. Everyone on the staff was welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

nine zero is amazing!
It would have been amazing for us had we stayed on a top floor as well. See my recent trip report for our stay last night. We faced the side street by the bar where once leaves their car for valet parking. We were on the 5th floor. The street noise was horrid.
Scott the concierge was AMAZING as were all bell and front desk staff. Lovely rooms and bedding.
I wish we slept better. It was a fretful night.
