Boston Trip Report Part III

Third day: Wonderfull! We hired a tour guide, including van, driver and the best time! I hate I can%26#39;t think of his name and company, he needs a great rating.

First stop was Harvard, we toured 2 of the most beautiful buildings, one where Harry Potter was filmed, the other was the Freshman dining hall. He also took us through the nicest graveyard! It was beautiful, one hundred seventy something acres! We drove down Brattle Street, and saw the Longfellow Historic Site.

We then went to Concord and Lexington, Minute Man Park, Loisa May Alcott House, several interesting points. Bill was so informative and covered a lot of history.

We went to Salem, ate on the Harbor, had wonderful food and enjoyed the beautiful day. Next town was Marblehead, saw many beautiful homes and enjoyed driving along the seashore. Some thought this was the best day!

Boston Trip Report Part III

Marblehead is better than Salem in my opinion. Old Town and The Neck are beautiful.

Maybe somebody else in your group remembers the name of the tour company? If you find out, could you plesae come back and post? It sounds great!

Was the cemetary the Mt. Auburn Cemetary? It is a very beautiful place.

Yes, that is the correct cemetery! I%26#39;ve since heard they have a great web site also.

I%26#39;ll look up the tour guide and company and get back to you.
