I have looked at some much stuff that I can%26#39;t evn post right. Yes, I had reservations at the Hyatt Place in Medford for around 1100.00. I was saying earier how I wished I could find something closer to the city. I ran acoss this place I mentioned by the Boston Harbor. They said the transportation was easy and close by where the Hyatt would require getting on this and getting on that. I am sorry to
bother everyone with my concerns. You have to understand I have never been way up there. Also, I don%26#39;t care to pay up front like some of those bidding sites require. I had to give DoubleTree a credit card to hold the room and wouldn%26#39;t b billed until arrival.
Ok I surrender.
I%26#39;m not sure what this ';Ok I surrender'; is all about. We%26#39;re all trying to help you get the best possible location for the money.
Ok I surrender.
The surrender was getting another motel. I reserved the Hyatt at first. Then somewhere down the road I was reading how we would get into the city. I would have to take this and take that. Its so confussing that I can%26#39;t explain. So it was suggested to get a place in the city even though it would be more expensive. Everything would be right in distance. So today I found this Doubletree and thought it would be just the thing to get even though it would run around 200 more. I thought we would easily spend that much with taxis etc. Also, we are going to the Redsox /Yankee game that following week. I am just frustrated and do appreciate all. I think I%26#39;m trying way too hard. As long as my family is in a safe area that is the main thing. Thank you for writing. They have a shuttle that will pick us up at the South Station where before in the Medford hotel it would be subway and a bus. Dang it Southwest I hear will be flying in Logan the end of June. I wish we could have traveled then. It would have helped alot.
Is there a question in here somewhere? If you want advise or opinion on hotels, list them. Also, please note that there are more than one of just about every hotel -- so the ';Doubletree'; for example could be next to the Charles River or Chinatown/Theater District.
Southwest is only going to have very limited flights at the end of June, so you probably wouldn%26#39;t have been able to use them anyway. A small consolation.
If you can afford tickets to a Yankees/Sox game you can afford something nicer than the place in Medford. I wish I understood which Doubletree you are referring to.
It%26#39;s better to stay downtown than it is to stay outside the city.
If you want refundable reservations, you will pay more than if you use Priceline.
Which hotel are you talking about near Boston Harbor?
She%26#39;s referring to the Doubletree Boston Bayside down between the Bayside Expo and Umass-Boston.
