Too many B&B Choices!!

Thanks to everyone for their help in deciding on our 4 day trip outside of Boston. I need to decide on lodging ASAP.

We have decided to stay in Rockport for 2 nights possibly at the Beech Tree B%26amp;B--has anyone stayed there or does anyone have any other suggestion? What about the Beech and King St Inn.

We will then spend 2 nights in Cape Cod-probably in or near Sandwich or maybe West Barnstable in order to not stay too far out on the Cape . Any suggestions for B%26amp;B in those places? Trip advisor has so many and it is hard to choose.
